Truck Tuning

Caterpillar

– HP and torque increases up to 650hp and 2150 ft pd with the C15 (Our partners in Canada tune these engines to 700hp regularly).
– Full diagnostics service with software.

Cummins ISX

– HP and torque increases up to 620hp and 2050ft pd. More with signed waiver.
– EGR delete and plate block off (Expect 10% fuel savings minimum)
– DPF Delete for the import trucks and filter mod to accomodate
– AdBlue off for E5 and X15.
– Turbo actuator lockout for all VGT models and VGT off in software (Sleeve will be locked in a single position, (Can be used with a faulty VGT acutator) air flow remains the same as before the mod, power delivery is very linear and the same as before mod. You will lose stage 3 jack braking.
– Full diagnostics service with software.
– Full access and ability to change all parameters in the ECM

Detroit Series 60 EGR (DDEC 6)

– HP and torque increases up to 580hp and 1950ft pd.
– EGR Delete with blockng plate (Expect 12% fuel savings minimum)
– Turbo actuator lockout for all VGT models and VGT off in software (Sleeve wil lbe locked in a single position. (Can be use with a faulty VGT actuator) Air flow remains the same as before the mod, power delivery is very linear and the same as before mod.
– Full diagnostics service with software.
– Full access and ability to change all parameters in the ECM.

Detroit Series DD15 – DD13

– HP and torque increases up to 620hp and 2050ft pd (with EGR and DPF work, expect 2 full gears and 15-17% fuel savings)
– EGR Delete with blocking plate (Expect 12% fuel savings minimum)
– DPF Delete and filter mod to accommodate
– Full diagnostics service with software
– Full access and ability to change all parameters in the ECM

Mack

– Mack engine HP and torque increases using either software or custom plug in tuner.
– MP8 & MP10 can be tuned for power with either software or custom plug in tuner.
– MP8 & MP!) EGR Delete with blocking plate (Expect 10-12% fuel savings minimum)
– MP8 & MP10 DPF Delete and filter mod to accommodate.
– Full diagnostics service with software.

Mitsubishi Fuso

– Fuso engine HP and torque increases up to 480 Hp and 1800 ft pd with quality plug in tuner with custom tune.
– Mercedes engine tuned with software or quality plug in system with custom tune.
– Mercedes engine adblue off in software.
– Full diagnostics service with JalTest Truck diagnostics.

Hino 700 – 500

– HP and torque increases up to 520hp and 1800 ft pd on 700 series (either remap or plug in solutions available)

Isuzu Giga 400-460-530Hp

– HP and torque increases up 520hp and 1800 ft pd on (either remap or plug in solutions available).

Isuzu Giga 5.2L – 7.8L

– HP and torque increases up 20% on some models (either remap or plug in solutions available).
– Older 7.8L with no com port engine can be tuned with custom tuner for power
– Newer 5.2L & 7.8L (either remap or plug in solutions available)
– DPD removal by software
